Hi!! I'm so happy you're here! I'm Rylee, the gal behind the camera here at Rylee Marie Photography. My husband Scott & I call the small town of Murdo, SD home. When I say small I don't mean Walmart & Starbucks small. I mean 1 stoplight and population 500 small. We love it! My favorite part of living in rural South Dakota is the rolling golden prairie & unbeatable sunsets & stars. Scott & I are both self employed in the wedding industry but when we're not working our days are spent camping in our '71 retro camper, hiking, hunting or playing with our blue heeler Griz. He found his calling as a photographer's dog, Lol. He rides with me to shoots & loves cuddling beside me on editing days.

Jordan Davis hit the nail on the head when he said, "Do what you love and call it work." My style of photography is inspired by love stories & life out west. In May 2021 my husband & I got married in the rugged bluffs of the Badlands and it sparked a huge passion in me to help others do the same!
